  1. Hello Ga,

Since I am not affiliated with the organization that created and administers the exam, I can not answer that for sure.

But what I can say is that if they have cancelled the exam for that day, it is their responsibility to notify you and give you an opportunity to reschedule the exam.

I would suggest contacting the Official Testing Center that you are scheduled to take the exam at. They will be able to tell you for sure if the exam has been cancelled or not.

Good Luck! And if you have any problems, let me know. If don’t think I can help you fix any of those problems, but I can certainly notify others.

But hopefully you will not experience any problems.

Good Luck on the exam, and…

    Have An Excellent Day!

  2. Hello! I registered Toefl in 18th of April, and I’m not sure if the test center opens.
Do you know if I could take the test in April 18th?

  3. Hello Edil,

    Thanks for the message.

The answer to your question about the address can be found by clicking the link above which says:

As for the fees – The price in Kyrgyzstan is $180 US, but you should be able to pay in your local currency if you register directly at the testing center that you will be taking the exam at.

For more comprehensive info, you can read these blog posts:

    I hope that this helps.

    Have An Excellent Day

  4. Hello Dana,

Thank you for the message, and my apologies for not responding much earlier, but prior obligations and other contracts had kept me from being able to attend to this website for the last few months.

This is why I listed the many links to the ETS website on the page.

I hope that you were able to find the information either there or in some other way – and again, I apologize for not being of assistance for you in that way.

However, even though the response is late, I still want to help you if I can. Especially if you still haven’t found your answer.

The main reason that there are no testing centers listed is because ETS does not make that information available until one begins the registration process – which does seem a bit backwards, I know. For why would anyone start registering until he or she knew where to actually go?… But that’s how they do it.

I can only speculate on the reasons, but from my observations, it is because the testing centers do change quite frequently, and often have completely different schedules.

This is either because of lack of need or increased need… or in certain areas of the world, due to political tensions and out-right war.

This is why the easiest way for someone to find out where their nearest testing center actually is, is to visit either a University administration office or by visiting a reputable language school. Both of those places will either have the information or actually WILL BE a testing center.

The other sure way (though a bit more complicated) is to start the registration process, choose a date, and then the website will tell you of the testing centers, along with listing the phone numbers and addresses.

Then one can exit the website before finishing the registration process.

However the latter method can be tricky as I have heard of at least one person using this method with their real name and email address, then having difficulty finishing the registration at a later date… once again, I wasn’t there, so I can’t claim that they didn’t do something wrong.

I have done the above method and not had any trouble.

    I hope this helps.

If this information is coming too late, then I apologize for not being there for you when you needed it. But if you are still in need of any assistance, let me know and I will be happy to help if I can.

But I just want to remind you (and anyone reading this) that I am not in any way affiliated with ETS. I am simply an English teacher who is working hard to build a site, and eventually create a text-book and training method that will make the whole process (even registration) much more simple for everyone.

I wish you all the best and will be happy to hear from you again in the future.

    Have An Excellent Day

  5. Hi,

I am planning to take TOEFL test in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan and would like to know the location of the test center. I couldn’t find the test center address in Kyrgyzstan on the site. There were the dates for the TOEFL test but the address was missing. So could you please send me the address of the TOEFL Test center in Bishkek.

    Thank you,
    Dana Tomko
